
Fresh graduate in Pharmacy with laboratory and research experience in pharmaceutical analysis, microbiological testing, and experimental data analysis. Interested in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and pharmaceutical analytical testing.
I’m a fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universitas Sumatera Utara. During my studies, I gained experience through laboratory work and undergraduate research, particularly in microbiological testing, phytochemical analysis, and data analysis.
My undergraduate research focused on the antibiofilm activity of a tocotrienol-rich fraction against Streptococcus mutans. This experience allowed me to work with laboratory procedures, sample preparation, experimental documentation, and data analysis using GraphPad Prism.
I’m interested in starting my career in pharmaceutical Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or analytical laboratory roles. I enjoy laboratory-based work, working with data, and learning how quality and testing processes are applied in the pharmaceutical industry.

Determination of the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of a Tocotrienol-Rich Fraction against Streptococcus mutans.

Samples from the MIC/KHM test were subcultured onto Nutrient Agar and incubated to observe bacterial growth. The results were then recorded and used to determine the concentration that showed a bactericidal effect.

The biofilm assay was performed using the crystal violet method to evaluate biofilm formation after treatment with different concentrations of the test sample. The experimental results were recorded and analyzed to determine the reduction in biofilm formation.

Analyzed experimental data from my undergraduate research using GraphPad Prism.
The analysis included organizing experimental data, creating graphs, performing statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA, checking data distribution and variance, and conducting Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test. The results were used to evaluate differences between treatment groups and support the interpretation of the research findings.
